On Game Boy Color, there is a house in the village with two doors. The entrance on the left is open, but the one on the right is closed. If you go to this same place using a Game Boy Advance, the door will be open. The shopkeeper will explain how the shop is only available to Game Boy Advance owners and that all items in the store are only 100 rupees each. A special ring is the only unique item to this shop.

Start a new game and enter your name as "ZELDA".

Equip both bombs and arrows and fire them simultaneously.
Steal Items
Go into a store, grab an item, and walk around the store keeper and on out the exit. It may take several tries to steal it (the shop keeper's back must be turned). If you re-enter the store, he will kill you.
Boomerang Trick
Throw the boomerang and then grab onto the rooster before the boomerang returns. The boomerang will hover underneath you, attacking enemies.
Secret Dungeon
Get the Pegasus Boots. Go to the library in Mabe Village and ram the bookshelf with a book on top using the Pegasus Boots. Read the book for instruction on how to move tombstones in the graveyard in order to unlock a hole leading to the secret dungeon.
